Coming from the south (Berlin),
take the A11 motorway to the Uckermark junction.
Change motorways at the Uckermark junction and follow the signs for the A20 towards Lübeck/Stralsund/Stettin. Then take the Pasewalk Süd exit onto the B109 and follow the road to the Anklam Zuckerfabrik exit and then turn right onto Pasewalker Allee. Please take the second exit at each of the following roundabouts. You are now on Pasewalker Straße. At the roundabout, take the first exit and then turn left directly into Baustraße. Following the road, you will find the entrance to Pelzerstraße on the right-hand side, which you can pass until you reach the main entrance to our hotel. You will then find our short-stay car park directly in front of the main entrance (directly in front of the Usedom Rad hire station). You may use this car park for check-in, loading and unloading.
Coming from the north (Rostock),
take the A20 motorway to the Gützkow exit.
Take the B111 in the direction of Gützkow/Insel Usedom/Wolgast. After passing through Gützkow, turn right and then left again to stay on the Landstraße 263. Follow the road to Ziethen and then turn right onto the B109. Follow the road until you cross the Peene and then turn slightly right. At the roundabout, take the second exit, pass Marienkirchplatz and onto Keilstraße. Pass the market square and turn right into Badstüberstraße and then left into Baustraße. Following the street, you will find the entrance to Pelzerstraße on the left-hand side, which you can pass until you reach the main entrance to our hotel. You will then find our short-term car park directly in front of the main entrance (directly in front of the Usedom Rad hire station). You may use this car park for check-in, loading and unloading.
Our hotel is barrier-free and the floors are accessible via a lift.

The easiest and quickest way is to use our online booking form and book your hotel stay yourself online in just a few steps. Here you will always be shown the latest availability of our rooms and the room rates. You also have the option of booking additional extras (e.g. bringing a dog) directly with your stay.

On the day of arrival, we welcome you at reception from 15:00 with your room card. On the day of departure we ask you to return your room by 11:00 am.

We welcome you daily to our rich breakfast buffet in our Postmeisterei. You are also welcome to have breakfast with us without an overnight stay at a price of € 22.00 per person. An extensive breakfast buffet with a large selection of sweet and savory delicacies awaits you.

Please understand that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. You will find ashtrays in the outdoor area.
Our reception is open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. We are happy to assist you with any concerns, requests and recommendations of any kind.
We charge EUR 10.00 per night for our hotel car park in the inner courtyard (subject to availability).
Alternative parking is available at the Pulverturm for EUR 5.00 per night (5 minutes' walk, subject to availability).
There are two disabled parking spaces directly at the hotel, which you can use with the appropriate ID.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms. You will receive the access data at check-in.
We accept debit cards as well as American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Cash-free hotel since February 1st, 2025
Our hotel has been a cashless zone since February 1st, 2025. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments continues to decrease, so that we switched completely to "cash-free" at the beginning of 2025. In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods for you.
Please understand that we can no longer accept cash payments with immediate effect.
